The trolling speed generally maintained around seven to eight knots, but the Air Force didn’t make it clear to him. When they arrived, the Air Force was moving at lightning speed, and saying they were going forty knots wouldn’t be an exaggeration in Shi Tian's eyes. 0

Shaking his head, Shi Tian reluctantly reduced the throttle. Once the novelty wore off, he found himself bored. Operating a boat wasn’t a great job; it was monotonous and tedious, making Shi Tian want to cast a few lines just for some excitement! However, considering the lives of the four people on board, he could only stick to his post and hope to reach the Fishing Spot quickly so he could fish for Tuna! 0

“Fish on! Stop the boat!” As Shi Ye’s voice crackled through the radio, Shi Tian decisively halted the vessel. Within seconds, the Air Force returned to the cockpit, opened the rear deck’s surveillance, and took over Shi Tian’s position as captain. 0

Just as Shi Tian was about to head to the back to see what was happening, he was called over by the Air Force, who began explaining how to cooperate with the Fishing Master to bring the fish aboard after hooking one. This explanation lasted over half an hour. 0

The one who hooked the fish was Lu Ya. Trolling with a metal lure was his specialty. Seeing him struggling to reel in the fish, Shi Tian could tell that this catch was definitely not small; it was far more challenging than the Longfin Grouper he had caught! 0

To prevent tangling lines, Shi Ye had already stowed away both his and Air Force's rods and pulled out a barbed Fish Spear from somewhere, holding it like something straight out of a primary school textbook. 0

It shouldn’t be a Tuna; there was no need for a spear if it wasn’t large—just using a Ping Net would suffice! In less than ten minutes, the fish's strength seemed to wane. The Air Force reminded over the radio. 0

A Tuna wouldn’t be so gentle; even after ten minutes or half an hour of fighting, a Tuna would still be full of energy. Aside from Whale Sharks, Tuna, Marlin, and sharks were among the strongest fish in the ocean. Relatives of Marlin like Sailfish and Swordfish were also incredibly powerful. As for other fish? They were all relatively easy catches! 0

The fish on Lu Ya’s line clearly belonged to that easier category; once its strength was spent, it would just be a matter of time before it came up! 0

Shi Ye had evidently noticed this too; he had already put away the spear and taken out a large Ping Net. As Lu Ya brought the fish alongside the boat, they dropped the net down together and hoisted the fish aboard. 0

Zhang Hong? Over a meter long and weighing more than a hundred pounds—this was quite a catch! The Air Force muttered to himself as he pushed Shi Tian into the captain's seat decisively. 0

Lu Ya had already caught a fish; if he didn’t reel in one larger than that, Lu Ya would surely flaunt his catch endlessly! 0

The Nan You Drilling Platform wasn’t too far or too close; what should have been a three-hour journey took them six hours due to their antics. Upon reaching their destination, Shi Tian initially thought he could finally show off his skills but soon realized he had underestimated things. 0

The fishing conditions here were significantly better than on their way over; however, Air Force instructed him to use smaller rods and catch Fish Bait for the three of them. 0

If you wanted to fish for big fish, you needed big bait. What bait worked best? Undoubtedly, it was smaller fish. 0

After finally catching a fish nearly a foot long, Shi Ye took it and hooked it onto an absurdly large Fish Hook before swiftly tossing it into Hai Li. 0

“Is your Fishing Rod electrified?” Shi Tian asked incredulously as he glanced at Shi Ye's Fishing Rod. 0

Initially thinking that thick black line was merely Loss Prevention Rope, Shi Tian realized upon seeing an outlet on deck that this equipment operated on electricity. 0

This was an Electric Reel; reeling in large fish manually could be exhausting—it had to rely on this! “Hurry up and catch more fish; Air Force is waiting for your catch as Fish Bait!” Shi Ye quickly reminded him after explaining. 0

Lu Ya continued to fish with a metal plate, and Shi Tian couldn’t help but wonder if her waist was made of iron. She had been at it for several hours with a plate weighing over half a kilogram, yet she seemed to enjoy it immensely. 0

Air Force joined Lu Ya in fishing with the metal plate, initially thinking she simply liked this method of fishing. However, it turned out she didn’t have any fish bait! Fortunately, the area was teeming with fish, and before long, they had caught three or four dozen Xiao Yu, each over half a foot long. 0

The boat had a Living Water Tank where all the Xiao Yu were tossed in for safekeeping. Once they had enough of the fish, Air Force started up the fishing boat again and focused on the Fish Finder, navigating for another half an hour. 0

It seemed that their earlier stop had indeed been to locate a school of fish, which prompted him to fish for bait. Shi Tian had mistakenly thought they had arrived at the Fishing Spot. 0

This time, stopping the boat was much simpler. They let it drift freely on the sea while everyone geared up for an intense fishing session. There were only three Electric Reels on board, and it was obvious that Shi Tian didn’t have one. 0

Did catching Tuna require skill? Not really; all you needed to do was attach bait and wait for a fish to bite. However, once you hooked a fish, bringing it aboard required skill. 0

While skill wasn’t necessary, considerable physical strength was essential. Without enough stamina, trying to battle a Tuna for an hour or two with just a fishing line was nothing short of wishful thinking. 0

Shi Tian placed his rod in the rod holder as Air Force returned from the cockpit with several books and stuffed them into Shi Tian’s arms. “Just wait! The fish won’t bite that quickly. You’d better read these books; your future livelihood as a captain depends on it!” 0

Looking at the books in his hands, Shi Tian felt a sense of déjà vu. This felt familiar! It reminded him of when he was studying for his driver’s license—only this time he had two more books than before. 0

When he was preparing for his driver’s license, he hadn’t even looked at the book they provided; he just answered questions on his phone a few times and passed the first subject smoothly. However, the rules at sea were always somewhat different from those on land, and he would only understand those differences by reading these books! 0

“Do you have a Yacht License?” Shi Tian asked curiously as he flipped through the pages. 0

“Of course! How else could I take you all out fishing? I’m a law-abiding citizen!” Air Force replied matter-of-factly. 0

“Have you actually read these books?” Shi Tian questioned skeptically as he glanced at the pristine condition of the books, wondering if Air Force had bought his license instead. 0
