Yulou Number of floors: 2 four-dimensional spacetime Divine Realm
In the four-dimensional spacetime, there have been thousands of civilizations, but because of the elongation of Time, time passes relatively faster here. The progress of civilization is far ahead of the three-dimensional space, basically completing the overall civilization of the entire dimension - Divine Realm.
The light here is not from the Sun because there are no planets in Divine Realm, so there are no stars like the Sun. The Sog's Lamp of Divine Realm is not the only light source, but it is the largest and brightest. The Sog's Lamp is located on the frozen-like surface of the four-dimensional divine domain, directly inserted into the cosmic dome, tearing apart the surrounding darkness, guiding the normal life of the people here.
Or rather, it is the gods and spirits of the Divine Realm.
After a being from three-dimensional space dies, its soul is absorbed by four-dimensional spacetime, allowing it to be captured by the life forms of the Divine Realm. This is considered the only source of population for the Divine Realm. However, once captured by the Divine Realm, a soul becomes a citizen here until its reincarnation. Newly arrived spirits can work hard for a period of Time in this realm, and after passing an examination by the examiner, they can become gods. Once they become gods, they gain the qualification to enter the transmigration hall, but whether to remain in four-dimensional spacetime or return to three-dimensional space is up to their own decision. In the transmigration hall, gods will pay the price of erasing all memories of their past lives to return to any civilization in three-dimensional space.
However, for Miao Chengmin, who was just captured by the Divine Realm the day before yesterday, these matters still feel too distant. For now, he has only received enthusiastic guidance from other gods in the Divine Realm and has temporarily rented a storefront.
The store is also a four-dimensional existence. Miao Chengmin discovered that everything here was something he could never have imagined before. Due to the limitations of three-dimensional space, it is impossible to have a direct imagination of the fourth dimension while on Earth. If he really had to describe what a four-dimensional object looks like, Miao Chengmin felt that he could only imagine three-dimensional space as a rectangular prism with an infinitely small height. In this way, three-dimensional objects could be seen as infinitely approaching a two-dimensional plane. Then, if a hole were opened on one side and allowed to stretch randomly, it would leave the shape of the hole at any position in three-dimensional space. Finally, accumulating all the holes that infinitely approach two dimensions should roughly yield the appearance of a four-dimensional object. While Miao Chengmin idly pondered this seemingly useless question, he turned his head to look at the jelly-like shops along the road. Even if he could provide a method for three-dimensional beings to imagine four-dimensional spacetime, who could he confide in within this four-dimensional world?
Today’s Divine Realm was as peaceful as ever. The reconstructed Divine Realm looked particularly beautiful under the illumination of the Sorg Light, with houses arranged neatly yet somewhat chaotically together. Under the Sorg Light was the most bustling commercial street in the Divine Realm. Miao Chengmin's grocery store was located on this street.
A light with misty horns was wandering by the roadside, and finally softly collapsed on the ground. It used to be an animal, and upon entering here, it had not eaten for a long time.
little guy buried its head in its body, and the light particles on its skin gradually changed from a bouncing free state to a calm compound state, trying to fall asleep to alleviate the hunger.
However, as soon as its consciousness closed its eyes, a scent like nectar unreasonably aroused its appetite again. It almost couldn't help but open its mouth, hoping that a piece of food would fall into it.
"Hmm?" It raised its head and looked around with empty, wide eyes.
A male ghost floated past it, holding a bowl of roasted porridge in its dark hands.
Wow, I really want to eat... but...
"Ugh..." little guy stared blankly as the porridge pot drifted away, mouth hanging open almost to the ground. It would be so nice if someone could give it something to eat.
little guy sadly lowered its head, wanting to go back to sleep.
"Hey."
little guy It feels like something is watching it, and it turns its head to take a look. It's the ghost, gazing at it with dreamy eyes. Upon closer inspection, it seems to be able to see the surging tide of stars in the universe, countless light particles drifting in chaotic and random orbits, resembling whirlpools and the sweeping tides. The ghost cautiously approaches and waves at it.
"Hmm?" little guy He looked at the little guy and the porridge in his hand, thinking he was dreaming. The little guy hesitantly approached, shrinking back, keeping a distance from the ghost. "Come and eat, you must be very hungry," the ghost said with a smile. With that, the ghost took a piece of porridge from the bowl and placed it on the ground, then stepped back a little.
In such a state of hunger, who could resist such temptation? The little guy licked his lips and charged forward, diving headfirst into the porridge on the ground, tearing at it frantically.
"Hey, slow down, look at how hungry you are," Miao Chengmin said, showing no resistance to such a small creature, just like back on Earth. He slowly reached out his hand to stroke the little animal's neck. The little guy stopped tearing at the food and swallowed it whole. Miao Chengmin gently patted its back, and after a while of rhythmic pats, the little guy finally managed to get that piece of meat down. It opened its mouth and took a deep breath, looking up at Miao Chengmin before nudging his hand with its nose, as if acknowledging him as its owner.
Miao Chengmin smiled and said, "Do you want to eat more?"
The little guy looked at him with pleading eyes.
"How could you be so pitiful? Which heartless Ghost abandoned you?" Miao Chengmin said, glancing at the street behind him. Ghosts were coming and going, and no one paid attention to him. Thinking that since he had just arrived in the Divine Realm, taking in a pet could also become his companion, Miao Chengmin picked up the little guy with one hand and held the bowl with the other as he returned to the grocery store on the street.
Miao Chengmin was a person from Earth, and that was also his name during his life there. He passed away at the young age of 24. He never even experienced the feeling of having his own family before he completely detached from his physical body and disappeared from Earth.
He was once a member of a firefighting rescue team, and during a massive fire, Miao Chengmin single-handedly rescued eight people from the flames. However, fate was cruel; when he attempted to rush back in to save a ninth person, he unfortunately encountered an explosion caused by the open flames and sacrificed himself heroically.
The cosmic observers of the Divine Realm, while reviewing Miao Chengmin's timeline, found that he lived a righteous life and had never committed any significant wrongdoings. After being brought to the Divine Realm, they specially arranged for him to have a place to live, hoping this would allow Miao Chengmin to better develop himself in the Divine Realm. However, in four-dimensional spacetime, one day in heaven equates to a year on Earth. He had only just arrived here; according to the Divine Realm's time, he had only been here for three days.
This grocery store was directly assigned to him by the local governor. Two days ago, when he first arrived, the governor told him that as long as he worked hard and cultivated his divine body, he could choose to stay in the Divine Realm or return to the mortal world. However, Miao Chengmin did not want to wait that long; he wanted to go back now. It had been three years, and he wanted to see his family again.
But is this possible?
This question had been lingering in Miao Chengmin's mind for a long time.
As Miao Chengmin pondered, he divided the porridge into two portions and placed the plate in front of the little guy.
"Aw—" the little guy didn't eat but instead leaped into Miao Chengmin's arms, continuously rubbing its head against Miao Chengmin's cheek.
"Hahaha, you little thing, you're so clingy, it's really cute..."
Miao Chengmin held it and simply dragged over his own portion for the little guy to eat. The little guy was not polite at all, burying its head in the bowl and eating nonstop.
"Slow down, slow down... don't choke."
The Soko Lighthouse In the center, there is an oval-shaped building surrounded by pillars.
This is where the highest authority of the Divine Realm works.
Inside, the lights are bright and magnificent. Several songstresses gather together, singing ethereal music and playing unfamiliar instruments. Everything looks so peaceful.
Divine Realm governs half of the universe, which is divided into four star realms by the Ghosts, with Divine Realm overseeing the first two star realms.
What about the other two? You'll have to ask the underworld on the negative second floor of the Yulou. It's a world that is a complete mirror image opposite of the dimensions of the main floor.
Most of life exists in the First Domain and the Second Domain governed by the Divine Realm. The Abyss is primarily a place for the dead from the Divine Realm, or for souls that have committed sins—essentially, the Third and Fourth Star Domains. Lowering these malevolent souls to the Abyss serves to restrict their actions. This is also why, over the past several billion years, Chaos Crystals have been stored in the Abyss; their energy is far more terrifying than that of Life Crystals, representing everything in the universe that signifies "termination"—the end of life, the cooling of planets... all can be controlled by Chaos Crystals. Using them to intimidate these evil souls was the best plan agreed upon by the Time-Space King and the eight great Demon Ancestors of the Abyss.
In the golden hall of the Sogfiel Lighthouse, Space-Time King Sogfear gently picked up a cup, taking a sip of sweet Mo Lu water. However, he could no longer discern its deliciousness, as he drank it daily. The open pages of a book on the table turned to the next page as his golden-hued consciousness moved across them, revealing a series of lines that seemed randomly generated, curling into dense and strange characters on the blank page. The King adored literature from the Divine Realm; during his moments of governance, books were his leisure time. Just as he was savoring the words with great interest, a loud sound suddenly startled him—the door was pushed open with force. He looked up to see that the guards outside had failed to stop someone who boldly rushed in without hesitation.
"Hey! Stop!" Two guards quickly turned and rushed forward, attempting to block him with their blades. However, he rolled past the thrusting weapons, rummaging through his backpack as he charged straight at the King.
Just as he was about to reach the King, Space-Time King Sogfear gently raised his hand. A swirl of orange-yellow energy surged up from beneath the assailant, instantly trapping him and rendering him immobile. In four-dimensional spacetime, the laws of physics are completely different from those in the three-dimensional world. One of the abilities here is to control the additional dimension line—the Time line. As a Time-Space King of the Divine Realm, Sogfear's fundamental power is to manipulate any Time associated with any Ghost.
"What’s the rush? Assassination plans don’t work like this," Sogfear said, adjusting his fingers to lower the man slightly as he inquired.
"Your star domain is about to be finished if you don't hurry, Your Majesty King," the person said, still insisting on rummaging behind him, "Please let me down, I really have urgent matters."
Time-Space King sighed and shook his head, "The messengers of your demon domain are indeed cut from the same cloth as your rulers, always in a rush and lacking in etiquette."
His voice was very magnetic, echoing throughout the entire palace.
"Alas." The messenger stepped forward, striving to maintain elegance as he respectfully presented a golden disc. "This is a message from our leader; I apologize for the trouble."
The Time-Space King opened the disc, and a head emerged from it, projecting into the air before him.
"Sogfiel, I actually did not want to contact you, but a disaster has already occurred. I must remind you that all of this stems from your kindness. Your goodness has successfully created a beast."
"Do you remember Ban Sa, the one you exiled before? You treated him like trash and threw him into our Demon Realm, leaving us to deal with him. But have you ever considered that even I, the leader of all demons, can find myself powerless at times?"
"This monster has been recruiting followers all over our Demon Realm and instigating wars. I can responsibly tell you that I can no longer manage him. He is like an unchained giant crocodile, devouring everything in his path."
"He even challenged our Demon Temple. The Eight Demon Ancestors of our temple joined forces to expel him from the Demon Realm. That's right, you heard me correctly; we also managed to drive him out."
The Time-Space King frowned.
"If we continue to keep him in the Demon Realm, I really don't know how much longer this universe can hold on. Our two domains have been both rivals and allies for so long, and now I must admit that I am not as capable as you. I don't want to deal with this guy anymore; I believe you can handle it, right?"
"The essence of our two domains is what Ban Sa covets the most. Do you think he challenged the Demon Temple for no reason? He wants our Chaos Crystals."
"The Demon Realm is already under his control, and it's no longer realistic to think about safely hiding the Chaos Crystals. So this time, I sent an envoy to deliver the Chaos Crystals to you."
As soon as the words were spoken, the envoy took out a box containing the Chaos Crystals from within his clothing. The black aura surrounded the envoy's hand as the box spun in his grasp, emanating a powerful energy.
"Listen, Sogfiel, I am entrusting you with the lifeblood of our Demon Realm—our very existence. Our fate is now in your hands."
"What I need to tell you is that Ban Sa has already gone to his homeworld Kumul, which means he is now on his way to the First Star Domain. Don't forget where the Life Crystals are."
Time-Space King stood up. He knew that the Life Crystals were located on Vamulel in the First Star Domain, right next to Kumul.
"If Ban Sa really finds them, with the destructive power of his 'Tear Star' battle axe, he could destroy the protective barrier around the Life Crystals, thereby gaining the power to create life. If he uses the Life Crystals to make an immortality orb, then he might achieve eternal life just like us."
"This is detrimental for both you and me. We should unite now! My suggestion is to let the Chaos Crystals protect the Life Crystals. Trust me, no one can withstand the full power of the Chaos Crystals. The significance of the Life Crystals to this universe is far greater. Even if the Chaos Crystals fall into Ban Sa's hands, they can easily destroy his physical form. But the Life Crystals lack such self-preservation ability."
"Anyway, do as you see fit. If you want to watch our universe be consumed by evil, then continue with your mercy."
The recording ended.
Time-Space King lowered his head for a while, then gestured for the messenger to hand over the Chaos Crystals.
"I must deliver the Chaos Crystals to Vamulel."
"So, Your Majesty, how would you like them to be delivered?"
Time-Space King After thinking for a while: "I need a trustworthy soul like Vamulel."
