It was bad; they were from the Chaebol! Park Bucheng's heart sank. Damn it, these bastards are quick! The footsteps grew closer, clearly indicating that the intruders meant business. Park Bucheng quickly pulled the incapacitated Jin Tai Hwan up and used him as a human shield. "Don't come any closer! Otherwise, I'll kill him!"
In the corridor, a group of men in black filed in, each wielding weapons and exuding an aura of menace. Leading them was Kim Tae-wook, the henchman of the Chaebol. "Park Bucheng, you can't escape!" Kim Tae-wook sneered. "Just surrender quietly!"
Damn it, what a narrow path for enemies to cross! Park Bucheng cursed inwardly as he scanned his surroundings for an escape route.
"Let Director Jin go!" Kim Tae-wook barked.
Park Bucheng let out a cold laugh. "Let him go? Do you think I'm stupid?" He tightened his grip slightly, causing Jin Tai Hwan to wince in pain. "Ah! That hurts! Let me go!"
Kim Tae-wook's expression darkened. He knew Park Bucheng wouldn't easily release his hostage, but he also didn't want anything to happen to Jin Tai Hwan, who was an important figure in the Chaebol.
At that moment, Li Xuanwei suddenly appeared, moving like a shadow. He swiftly approached Kim Tae-wook from behind and struck him on the neck with a single blow. Kim Tae-wook let out a muffled groan and collapsed unconscious.
"Well done, senior!" Park Bucheng exclaimed in admiration.
Li Xuanwei stroked his beard and replied calmly, "Let's go; it's not safe here."
The two of them took Jin Tai Hwan and seized the opportunity to escape from the Taiji Gang Headquarters amidst the chaos.
The Chaebol's raid had come suddenly and ended just as quickly. Li Zhenghao was captured, Jin Tai Hwan was taken hostage, and the Taiji Gang Headquarters was thrown into disarray.
Once Park Bucheng and Li Xuanwei reached a safe location, they finally breathed a sigh of relief. Damn, that was close!
"Senior, what should we do next?" Park Bucheng asked.
Li Xuanwei pondered for a moment. "First, we need to find a place to settle down, then we can plan our next steps."
The two found a secluded inn and settled in.
Park Bucheng tied up Jin Tai Hwan and tossed him into a corner of the room. This kid was now a trump card in their hands, and they had to make good use of him.
"Senior, how do you think the Chaebol will deal with us?" Park Bucheng asked.
"They will definitely spare no effort to rescue Jin Tai Hwan," Li Xuanwei replied. "We must be prepared."
"Damn it, let's go all out against these bastards!" A glint of ruthlessness flashed in Park Bucheng's eyes.
For the next few days, the two stayed in the inn, closely monitoring the movements outside.
As expected, the Chaebol did not disappoint them; they dispatched a large number of men to search for Park Bucheng and Li Xuanwei.
Seoul, Gangster Gang Stronghold.
As night fell, it enveloped the sky like thick ink. Dozens of black cars silently surrounded the Gangster Gang Stronghold, their headlights turned off, lurking in the darkness like beasts waiting for prey to appear.
The car doors opened, and members of the elite Chaebol squad, dressed in black tactical gear and fully armed, streamed out. They were well-trained and moved swiftly, infiltrating the Gang Stronghold like ghosts.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" Gunfire shattered the night's silence, and cries of battle and screams echoed as the Gangster Gang Stronghold instantly transformed into a hell on earth.
Li Zhenghao ordered everyone to resist, but facing the well-equipped and trained Chaebol squad, the Gangster members seemed powerless, like lambs to the slaughter, fleeing in panic.
"Hold your ground! Everyone hold your ground!" Li Zhenghao shouted hoarsely, yet he himself hid in the safest place, trembling with fear.
In this critical moment, Li Zhenghao pinned his hopes on Park Bucheng. "Park Bucheng! Where are you? Come out quickly!"
Park Bucheng hid in the shadows, observing the enemy's movements. Upon hearing Li Zhenghao's shout, a cold smile crept across his lips. Damn it, this old fox finally remembers me!
His eyes sharpened as True Qi surged within him. With a swift application of Graceful Wave Steps, he moved like a ghost, weaving effortlessly through the hail of bullets as if strolling in a garden, elegantly dodging the gunfire.

As Park Bucheng evaded the bullets, he searched for the enemy's weaknesses. His strikes were as quick as lightning, accurately taking down foes one by one.

Then, Kim Tae-wook appeared—a man strikingly similar to Park Bucheng—with cold eyes and an aura of lethal intent surrounding him.
"Park Bucheng, your time is up!" Kim Tae-wook sneered.
"Is that so?" Park Bucheng scoffed dismissively.
In an instant, the two clashed, their fists and feet colliding with explosive force.
Kim Tae-wook's hard qigong was indeed formidable; it was impervious to blades and bullets, rendering Park Bucheng's attacks ineffective.
"Your skills are useless against me!" Kim Tae-wook boasted with a triumphant grin.
A glint of cunning flashed in Park Bucheng's eyes. So what if you have hard qigong? I have my ways to deal with you!
He suddenly altered his strategy, opting not to confront Kim Tae-wook head-on. Instead, he utilized the advantages of Graceful Wave Steps to maneuver around him, searching for openings in his defense.
Though Kim Tae-wook was impervious to weapons, he could not match Park Bucheng's speed and gradually found himself at a disadvantage, growing increasingly frustrated.
"Damn it! Are you just going to hide?"
Park Bucheng scoffed, "To deal with a turtle like you, I naturally have to use some special methods." He suddenly unleashed the Tianshan Six Yang Palm, the force of his palm surging like a tidal wave towards Kim Tae-wook.
Although Kim Tae-wook's hard qigong was formidable, he found it difficult to withstand such a powerful strike. He let out a muffled groan and staggered back several steps.
Seizing the opportunity, Park Bucheng launched an attack with the Six Meridians Divine Sword, sending sword energy shooting from his fingertips like arrows aimed at Kim Tae-wook.
Though Kim Tae-wook managed to dodge in time, he was still grazed by the sword energy, blood streaming from his wound.

At that moment, Li Meili led the remaining Gangster members to arrive just in time, engaging in a fierce gunfight with the mercenaries led by Sofia.
"Park Bucheng, hurry up!" Li Meili shouted.
Park Bucheng knew he could no longer afford to linger. He glanced at the fallen Kim Tae-wook, a flicker of murderous intent flashing in his eyes, but ultimately turned and left.
Outside the Gang Stronghold, gunfire, explosions, and shouts of battle intertwined, as if the apocalypse had descended.
Park Bucheng and Li Xuanwei disappeared into the night with Jin Tai Hwan.
