I said, "Not only do I know you, but we were classmates!"
The woman's expression changed dramatically. "You are Chu Jie?"
I nodded. "That's right."
She released her grip and stared at me in disbelief. "Chu Jie, is it really you?"
I smirked coldly. "Yes, it's me."
With her hands on her hips, she wore a sharp and spiteful look. "Chu Jie, you really haven't changed at all."
"Back then, you seduced someone else's fiancé, and now you're the mistress ruining another family."
I let out a cold laugh. "I can't compare to you."
"Back then, you made your affair with Ma Xiangming in the hotel known to everyone."
"The whole school knew about your dirty business."
"And... this isn't the first time you've destroyed someone else's family, is it?"
"When you were involved with Ma Xiangming, did you ever consider how others felt?"
Her face darkened. "Are you daring to mock me?"
I crossed my arms, unafraid. "Did I say anything wrong?"
She trembled with anger. "Ma Xiangming! Is this what you call an important matter?"
Ma Xiangming's face was extremely grim.
He stood up and walked in front of the woman, whispering, "Stop making a scene."
The woman glared at Ma Xiangming. "If I hadn't been following you, I wouldn't have known you were secretly meeting other women at hotels!"
Ma Xiangming glanced at me sitting nearby and said in a low voice, "Don't talk nonsense!"
The woman sneered, "Nonsense? Really?"
"Then tell me, what is she doing here to see you?"
Ma Xiangming replied, "Chu Jie is my college classmate. We have some matters to discuss."
The woman scoffed, "College classmate?"
"Do college classmates meet in hotel private rooms?"
"Ma Xiangming, don't treat me like a fool!"
With that, she turned and walked up to me, sizing me up from head to toe.
The woman mocked, "Chu Jie, after all these years, you seem to be getting younger."
"What? Did you marry a rich husband and dress up to seduce your old classmate?"
I let out a cold laugh. "Seduce who? Ma Xiangming?"
The woman nodded, "Isn't that so?"
I crossed my arms and looked at her with a mocking expression, "Do you really think you deserve me?"
She was taken aback, "What do you mean?"
I raised an eyebrow and glanced at her, "Trash like Ma Xiangming is the only one who would look at you."
In a fit of rage, the woman screamed and lunged at me.
I quickly sidestepped to avoid her.
She missed and fell to the ground.
Getting back up, she charged at me again.
This time, I didn't dodge.
Just as she was about to tackle me, I kicked her in the shin.
With a thud, she knelt on the ground.
Staring at me in disbelief, she exclaimed, "Chu Jie! You actually dared to hit me?"
I let out a cold laugh, "Ma Xiangming, your wife really is as brainless as ever!"
Ma Xiangming's face turned an ugly shade.
He walked up to the woman and helped her to her feet.
The two exchanged a glance before launching into a fierce argument.
The woman yanked on Ma Xiangming's ear, shouting, "Well! Ma Xiangming! How dare you look for your old flame behind my back!"
Ma Xiangming quickly tried to explain, "No! Let me explain!"
But the woman wouldn’t listen and continued to throw a tantrum.
Watching the two of them fight, I felt an overwhelming sense of satisfaction!
After all, it was these two scoundrels who nearly drove me to death on the delivery table!
Now, the tables had turned!
Finally, it was their turn to face misfortune!
The woman tugged at Ma Xiangming's ear and yelled, "I want a divorce!"
Ma Xiangming hurriedly grabbed her wrist, pleading, "Don't say that!"
The woman sneered, "I want a divorce! After the divorce, I won't take a single penny!"
