After finishing our tasks, we hurried back to our respective posts. We focused intently on our designated areas, not daring to relax for a moment. Just then, an urgent voice crackled through the intercom: "Field Number urgently needs personnel assistance, please proceed immediately!" This sudden call shattered the previously calm atmosphere. 0

Without a moment's hesitation, I dashed towards Field Number like an arrow released from a bow. Before I could get close, I spotted a small figure lying on the ground, curled up with both hands tightly clutching an injured area, crying out in pain. As I approached, I realized that this Little Player looked pale, with beads of sweat rolling down his forehead, evoking a deep sense of sympathy. 0

Around him, a group of anxious parents gathered, their faces filled with worry. Meanwhile, several teammates were bustling about—some trying to soothe the Little Player's emotions while others examined his injuries. Seeing this scene, I quickly stepped forward and anxiously asked one of my teammates for details. After a brief exchange, I learned that the Little Player had collided violently with another teammate while vying for possession of the ball and had fallen to the ground. After initial observation and assessment, everyone suspected that he had dislocated his hand. 0

We immediately implemented a series of emergency medical measures, carefully stabilizing and bandaging the Little Player's injury. Just as we were busy attending to him, the piercing sound of sirens filled the air as an ambulance arrived promptly at the scene. We worked together to lift the Little Player onto a stretcher and into the ambulance, inquiring with concern whether any of us needed to accompany him to the hospital for further assistance. The experienced doctor smiled and waved us off reassuringly, saying, "Don't worry; we can handle it from here. You should return to your posts and continue with your remaining tasks." Though I felt a twinge of concern in my heart, we had no choice but to follow his instructions. 0

Once back on site, my mind remained unsettled. The intercom intermittently relayed various urgent situations: a child had accidentally scraped their knee here, another had fallen and twisted their ankle over there. Each time I heard such news, my heart would clench tightly as I silently prayed for these brave children, hoping they wouldn't suffer serious injuries. Despite the frequent accidents, it was reassuring to know that most injuries were not particularly severe. Watching these kids persist in their competition despite their injuries deeply moved me; I couldn't help but give them a mental thumbs-up and cheer them on silently. 0

Currently, I was responsible for multiple areas as a roving staff member due to having obtained relevant certifications. This made handling situations relatively organized; however, participating in such large-scale tasks for the first time was both exciting and nerve-wracking—mixed with a bit of fun. It felt somewhat akin to throwing grenades or shooting for the first time in military training. 0

The National Youth Football League lasted only a few days; during this time, we set out early before dawn and returned home around eleven or midnight. Although my body felt fatigued, I gained invaluable experience. Each match involved various medical interventions that every teammate participated in; from another perspective, this also improved our team's overall medical response capabilities. After the awards ceremony, all the Little Players from different teams waved goodbye along with their parents as they departed. Seeing them travel from distant cities to compete for that honor made me realize that this is the true charm of sportsmanship. 0
