"Brother, when you have time, come over and see Annie." 0
"Sure, Annie has grown up under my watch. I’ll give my nephew a hug too, hahaha." 0

"I surrender! I surrender!" Accompanied by terrified pleas for mercy, the Third Duke of Newkey hung his head like a defeated rooster, trembling all over. John and Redman, standing before him, exchanged smug smiles. In just two short days, they had remarkably conquered three Baronies, a feat that was likely rare across the entire continent. Who else could boast such capability? 0

However, when it came to the fourth Barony, John and Redman dared not entertain any reckless thoughts. Unlike the previous three, which were merely factions splintered from an old Viscount family in the east, this fourth one was not only the strongest but also backed by a powerful Earl family. If they were to make a move against it, it was hard to predict whether this Earl family would cross counties seeking revenge. Having already broken through their current predicament, John was unwilling to invite unnecessary trouble. 0

After careful consideration, John and Redman decided it would suffice to properly allocate their recent gains. At that moment, the two sat upright at the table, their eyes fixed intently on the unfolded map before them. 0

"John," Redman suddenly spoke up, "look! The territories of our two families and those of the other three form a shape resembling a hoe." 0

Following Redman's finger, John saw that his territories—Salty Fish Village, Binhai Town, and Manhe Territory—were positioned centrally like the long handle of a hoe; while the other two territories flanked Manhe Territory on either side, resembling the ends of the hoe. 0

"Brother, what do you think of my proposed distribution?" John smiled as he gazed at the vast lands before him and slowly began to speak. He pointed at various areas on the map while detailing his thoughts: "I would like your Binhai Town, as well as the Mountain Territory on the left and that portion of Manhe Territory on the left side. As for the remaining areas, they will all belong to you! What do you think?" 0

After saying this, John picked up a pen and lightly traced a series of territories on the map that connected together. From a distance, it resembled a long snake winding through the land. However, this snake appeared somewhat plump and cumbersome, which made it quite amusing. 0

Redman gazed at the two Baronies left for him on the map and felt a surge of joy within him. Although it seemed that John had taken three territories away from him, what he left behind were vast expanses of fertile plains that were even more productive than Binhai Town. 0

In contrast, John's request for the Mountain Territory was for land that was rugged and difficult to cultivate; it had always been looked down upon by others and could be considered outright wasteland. It was clear that John held great respect and care for his older brother. 0

Thinking of this, Redman wore a satisfied smile and nodded without hesitation: "Alright, let’s do it your way!" 0

Hearing Redman's enthusiastic agreement, John breathed a sigh of relief and then added with a hint of humility: "Then brother, I’ll have to rely on you for the specifics of this territorial change. After all, I’m not very familiar with these matters." 0

Redman raised his eyelids slightly and glanced at John before bursting into laughter: "Haha! Don’t worry about it! Handling these affairs is my forte; it's a piece of cake. Once I present this meticulously drawn map to the Count of Monte Cristo, it won’t be long before you can officially call yourself a Baron!" 0
