"What idea?"
"Go outside and get some dirt and water!"
"Dirt and water?"
"Quick, go!"
"Oh, oh!" Lin Qian replied and rushed outside.
At the door, she paused for a moment and glanced back at Huo Jingyu. "Ah! I—I want to stay and keep Yan Kongyue company!" Huo Jingyu instinctively moved a bit further inside.
She can catch ghosts with her bare hands; what do you need to stay for? Lin Qian waved her hand at Huo Jingyu.

It was at that moment they finally understood what Yan Kongyue had meant earlier.

Lin Qian rubbed her head vigorously with both hands, letting out a frustrated exclamation. Huo Jingyu looked at her with a face full of despair.

Yan Kongyue sensed that something was off. She lifted her eyelids and glanced around with her big, shiny eyes, thinking the couple might be arguing. Without saying anything, she quickly worked some clay into the shape of an arm and hand to attach to the shoulder of the corpse.
With a slight parting of her red lips, she began to chant a mysterious incantation softly. A flash of golden light appeared as the clay arm perfectly connected to the shoulder, the colors gradually matching.
"What kind of magic is this?" Lin Qian and Huo Jingyu were both astonished.
"Transmutation," Yan Kongyue said seriously.
"Wait, does this mean the person who just had their leg broken might be saved?" Lin Qian's eyes lit up.
"This isn't suitable for living people!"
"Alright then!"
Just as the three of them left the mortuary, a clattering sound echoed down the corridor. Huo Jingyu was about to move closer to Yan Kongyue when two college students pushed a stretcher in.
"Hey, what are you doing here?"
"How's it going up front?" Lin Qian naturally struck up a conversation with the two students.
"We just brought in a few more critically injured people. I heard there are still two workers inside, but they should be found soon and rescued."
"That's good!" Lin Qian sighed in relief.
Yan Kongyue remained silent; she had initially thought about visiting the accident site. However, after hearing from Ox-Head and Horse-Face that Hei Wuchang had already gone there, she decided against it after a brief struggle.
Upon arriving at the hospital lobby, they happened to see Lin Lie.
"Where have you been?"
"We went to the back. Big brother, how is everything? Are there enough doctors and supplies?" Yan Kongyue asked with concern.
"Yes, it's sufficient. All the doctors and nurses at Hua Xin Hospital are back on duty, and I've arranged for more supplies; they should be arriving soon."
"Great!"
