However, let me tell you, compared to what he has done, I am quite merciful. Heh heh heh, kid, are you feeling like crying without tears? 0

The black dog's eyes, once fierce, now revealed a hint of despair. 0

How could it be like this? 0

The old man's gaze suddenly turned ferocious as he grabbed the black dog's neck and yanked it hard. 0

With a ripping sound, he forcefully skinned the black dog, peeling off its dark fur. 0

Ah! Ah! Ah! 0

The black dog let out a heart-wrenching scream as its skin was torn away, its pupils turning savage with pain. 0

If only I had the power, I would surely skin you alive and pull out your bones! 0

The little beggar trembled in the corner. 0

Grandpa had a strange temper; he liked to abduct children and turn them into bizarre creations to sell to circuses and private zoos. They all praised Grandpa for his skillful hands, as if he had the help of spirits. 0

Only they knew that the materials Grandpa used to create animals were actually living people. 0

Zao Zhu Zhi Shu, also known as Cai Zhe Ge. 0

"Cai" means to take or harvest, referring to the act of skinning a person. 0

It is not for healing; it involves killing a person and dismembering them, which is what folk superstition refers to as collecting souls. 0

This is one of the Seventy Earthly Fiends Techniques and has given rise to many Deviant Arts and Evil Arts. 0

For example, Cai Hun Ji Gui and Cai Shou Lian. 0

Ancient texts record that the art of harvesting originated from the nomadic tribes of the West and has a lineage connected to the shamanistic activities that spread during the Yan Han period. It is a living technique of the ancient nomadic people's A Jie Drum and Evil God. 0

Seventy Earthly Fiends Technique. 0

Also known as Outsider Seventy Divine Powers. 0

It represents the strongest Shu Fa among seventy kinds of Evil Practices. 0

Its various applications are beyond description. 0

To cut or chop means to use knives or axes to remove parts of another's body, generally used for witchcraft and evil practices. 0

Zao Zhu Zhi Shu is a derivative method of the harvesting technique, practiced by some rogue sorcerers who learned a bit of superficial knowledge and claimed to be some kind of Immortal, coming out to deceive and harm others. 0

This type of sorcery, known as Shu Fa, flourished during the calamity of Yan Han and was banned in the Hongwu and Qianqing eras. The methods of breeding were more commonly circulated among beggars and in circuses. 0

This practice did not involve turning people into beasts; rather, it entailed abducting children, amputating their limbs, and using a special concoction to rot their skin and render their voices mute, transforming them into half-human, half-beast monstrosities. These creatures were then sent to the streets to beg for money. 0

At a temple fair in the eastern region of Qianqing, two performing beggars attracted a crowd with a peculiar spectacle: a Human-Faced Snake. The snake coiled inside a bag, and when the beggar opened it, the Human-Faced Snake slowly slithered out. This snake was larger than an ordinary one, covered in scales, but what astonished onlookers was that its face resembled that of an ordinary human. Having never seen such a bizarre creature, more and more people gathered around. 0

A scholar suspected this might be a typical case of Cai Zhe Ge and went to report it. Under investigation by the authorities, the two beggars revealed the truth: this was not a real Human-Faced Snake but an artificial one. They had abducted a child, amputated its limbs, and then adhered prepared snake skin to its body. As the child grew, the snake skin became fully integrated with its flesh. 0

According to the two beggars, they had conducted over ten experiments prior to this one, but only this particular child succeeded. Furthermore, records from Qing Bai Lei Chao mention that during the Shunzhi period, there was a talking dog in the Suzhou and Hu Qiu areas. This dog was led by two performers; it was covered in fur yet could speak human language, constantly uttering auspicious phrases like "great fortune" and "congratulations on your wealth." When someone gave it a reward, it could even recite poetry. 0

However, when the county magistrate discovered that this strange dog was actually a child, he immediately ordered his officers to arrest the performers. Upon interrogation, it was revealed that this "dog" was another child they had previously abducted. They first fed it poison to render it mute and then used a special potion to corrode its skin. As blood flowed profusely from the wounds, they skinned a dog and wrapped its hide around the child’s body. Once the wounds healed, the skins of both human and dog fused together irreversibly. 0
