In the Jiangkou District, at the foot of Zijin Mountain, a sleek black BMW 5 Series drove in and soon arrived at the location designated by the Feng Shui Master. 0

Amidst the rugged mountains, there lay a hidden paradise. A quaint three-story Hakka wooden building rose majestically, its yellowish-brown surface glimmering faintly with a hint of gold, heavy and ancient. 0

In the center of the Gu Lou, an intricately carved hollow structure hung high above, with a river flowing beneath it—an artificial stream that was skillfully excavated. At the entrance of this river stood a lifelike Guardian Stone Lion. 0

Surrounded by mountains on three sides, it was a place of tranquility and beauty. Zuo Ci took a deep breath and smiled, saying, "The Feng Shui here is quite remarkable. The mountains embrace the water, gathering wind and energy. The terrain rises and falls gracefully, while the river flows like a jade ribbon beneath the building, gently winding eastward—a clear embodiment of water embracing the land." 0

To the northwest and southeast, towering peaks shielded the area from harsh winds, creating a harmonious environment. This mountain-and-water configuration is a classic symbol of wealth and prosperity in Feng Shui. The skill behind such an arrangement surely indicates guidance from a master! 0

Clap! Clap! Clap! An elderly man dressed in a dark cyan Zhongshan suit emerged from the Gu Lou, clapping his hands with a cheerful smile. He looked down at Zuo Ci and said, "Ah, it’s none other than the renowned Daoist Zuo! Not only are you well-versed in external methods like Shen Tong and Feng Shui, but you also possess profound knowledge—impressive indeed!" 0

"Just some superficial insights," Zuo Ci waved his hand dismissively. "The mountain-and-water embrace is merely the most basic Feng Shui pattern. Even a novice Feng Shui Master could discern it; it’s nothing extraordinary." 0

"Then I must ask Daoist Zuo to take another look for me. Beyond this mountain-and-water embrace, what other configurations might there be?" The old man squinted with a smile, seemingly testing Zuo Ci's understanding of Feng Shui. 0

Zuo Ci observed Gu Lou for a while and took a sniff; a rich aroma of herbs filled the air. He marveled, "What an impressive endeavor! This Gu Lou is entirely crafted from hundred-year-old Golden Silk Nanmu wood—known for its utmost yang energy and strength. In Feng Shui studies, it is said to dispel evil spirits and enhance positive energy. I see that the center of Gu Lou is hollowed out and suspended; if my judgment is correct, this should be the Great Sun Tathagata Formation that governs evil spirits!" 0

The old man laughed heartily, "Indeed! Such renown is not unfounded! I invite Daoist Zuo to step forward and take a look at that Killing Ground!" 0

Zuo Ci chuckled in response, "Haven't I already entered the game?" 0

The expression on Black Cripple's face changed; what did this mean? 0

The old man remained calm and asked gently, "When did Daoist Zuo discover this?" 0

"Right when I entered!" Zuo Ci replied with a smile. "The Killing Ground is filled with danger; it’s not just the Sword Spine Dragon, but also the Killing Master of the Dragon Lair, the Northern Star guarding the Water Gate, the Killing Master of the Dragon Lair, the Dragon Blade Sword, the Killing Master of the Dragon Lair, and the Centipede, along with the Killing Master of the Dragon Lair. This place is like a coiling serpent; even though the Great Sun Tathagata Formation suppresses the evil eye, it is ultimately a blood-soaked land. How can you hide your truth here?" 0

"Indeed, indeed! I did not misjudge you!" The old man squinted and smiled. "No wonder you are Daoist Zuo. Since you have uncovered the truth of this place, why do you still wish to enter? The Killing Ground relies on the celestial Xing Sha; its power is boundless. Even if you are a Fa Jing Zhen Ren, a supreme being of the Dao Realm, entering this evil eye will lead to your demise in the northwest." 0

"One cannot catch a tiger cub without entering its den!" Zuo Ci said helplessly. "If I reveal too much of my knowledge in Feng Shui, I fear you may have hidden tricks up your sleeve. Thus, I can only throw out a bait to draw you out." 0

"As expected, you are about to step into the realm of Feng Shui Master, yet you still cannot grasp its methods." 0

"Left with no choice, I can only rely on the taboos within Feng Shui to seek opportunities in the Dao!" 0

"What Daoist Zuo says is not false!" The old man sighed. "Feng Shui has its ranks; so does being a Feng Shui Master. The first rank observes the stars and constellations; the second observes water gates; while those of the lowest rank wander around with a compass. This is an ancient saying passed down by our Old Ancestor. I have studied Feng Shui for decades." 0

"Unfortunately, my innate talent is limited. I remain stuck in my understanding that once a dragon exhausts its energy, its lair must be here. Little do I know that when a dragon exhausts itself, it leads to scattered situations; without dragons and tigers encompassing it, the bright hall will surely be empty, and the water gate will be left unguarded." 0

"I have yet to achieve an understanding of how to discern distant and near lairs based on their elevation—high or low, large or small—how their star shapes appear and what color their soil is within. How embarrassing!" 0

"Is that so?" Zuo Ci smiled slightly and said, "So you used the ominous lair of She Jiaosha Shilongxue as your bait. After all, Jiao Xue hides a special aspect: it can serve as a Dragon Lair. Of course, the cost is using the blood of a Feng Shui Master to transform it into a dragon." 0

"Thus, there will be those with ulterior motives who seek out lesser Feng Shui Masters to go to Jiao Xue." 0
