Huang Xu let out a bitter laugh. "I won't hide it from you, Brother Qin. I am actually the Eighth Prince of Da Li."
Qin Feng glanced at the top of Huang Xu's head. When he first sensed something was off about Huang Xu, he had checked his Destiny Energy again and realized that this fellow's Destiny Energy was concealed. He almost overlooked it.
At that moment, his Destiny Energy was still white, but there was a faint hint of purple deep within it. He felt envious; why wasn’t he a prince too? If he were, his Destiny Energy would surely be purple as well, perhaps even nurturing a True Dragon directly.
"Eighth Prince?" Qin Feng snapped back to reality, surprised. "How did you end up here?"
Huang Xu's expression turned serious as he mentioned Zhenbei Wang.

Huang Xu sighed in resignation. "It's simple; I'm not favored. If it weren't for Seventh Sister, I might have already died."
Qin Feng nodded; he had no interest in the royal family's petty affairs.
"Eighth Prince, I’m just a mere Xiu Cai right now; there's no need for you to discuss these matters with me," Qin Feng said casually.
Huang Xu rolled his eyes. "You are no ordinary Xiu Cai. With your strength, even Zhen Mo Si would want you on their side."
After hesitating for a moment, he lowered his voice and said, "I want to introduce you to Seventh Sister; it might make your career smoother. What do you think?"
"Not interested," Qin Feng immediately shook his head. "If you still consider me a friend, don't make random introductions; otherwise, we might as well not associate with each other."
Huang Xu's expression changed. "Brother Qin, don’t worry; I haven’t told Seventh Sister yet. I came to ask for your opinion first."
"Actually, Seventh Sister is quite nice; you'll understand once you meet her."
Qin Feng shook his head again. "I'm still just a small fry; I don't wish to get involved in the struggles of the main line."
"Your Seventh Sister probably wants that position as well; she's just a huge troublemaker."
Huang Xu looked at Qin Feng in surprise. "How did you know?"
Qin Feng shrugged, "Isn't it obvious? If she didn't care about that position, why would your Seventh Sister need such a good reputation?"
Huang Xu's heart jolted as he suddenly realized something. "Aren't you surprised?"
"Surprised about what?" Qin Feng asked, puzzled.
"About my Seventh Sister participating in the struggle for the throne as a woman. Don't you think that's shocking?" Huang Xu explained.
Qin Feng shrugged again, "What's so surprising about it? Gender equality, right? The Empress—it's quite normal."
Huang Xu gave Qin Feng a strange look. "Why do I feel like you and Seventh Sister are somewhat alike? She often says that men and women should be equal and vows to become a great Empress."
Qin Feng raised an eyebrow, a sudden thought flashing through his mind. "The Empress? Could she be a time traveler?"
Now intrigued, he asked, "What else has your Seventh Sister said?"
Huang Xu was taken aback. "Aren't you uninterested? Why are you asking?"
But he still thought seriously for a moment. "Seventh Sister is very intelligent, her poetry is stunning, and she has many inventions—soap and perfume are both great things."
Qin Feng's expression grew even more peculiar. He was now one hundred percent certain that she was indeed a time traveler.
"Wow, this world is really lively."
