This forest is known as the Land of Heartwrenching Cry, named for the presence of a ferocious beast called the Jiji Crying Night Owl that has been known to inhabit the area for many years.
As night approached, Lin Han felt a sense of urgency. It wasn't that he feared the nocturnal Night Owls; rather, he understood that his mission required stealth. Engaging with the fierce beasts at this time would ultimately be unwise.
Yet, Lin Han also considered that he could find a way to use these beasts to locate the Professionals from the Shiva Empire hidden within this forest.
