Lin Han bowed and spoke.
Looking at the members of the Dragon Tooth Squad, Wu Qinghong's lips curled into a smile. "From today onward, you will be my students at the Military Academy. "No need to be so serious. Here, you can call me whatever you like; you don't have to call me Instructor. It's up to me to guide you, and if you can't handle it, then it's better for you to leave early."
"You must understand that the Military Academy cultivates warriors who can fight on the battlefield for the Empire; sacrifice without purpose is meaningless."
As Wu Qinghong spoke, he slowly turned around, a rare hint of melancholy flashing in his eyes.
"Wu Jiaoxi, we understand. Please begin your training." Lin Han said eagerly.
"Very well. Now I require all of you to go back and rest. That’s all for today; you're dismissed!"
With that, Wu Qinghong walked past the stunned students. By the time they reacted, he had already disappeared at the academy entrance.
"What just happened?"
"Did I hear that correctly?"
Chen Huan'er and Zhou Qingqing were the first to break the silence.
Han Fei frowned but said nothing, lost in thought as he walked into the academy. Since it was the Instructor's arrangement, we might as well follow orders.
Lin Han maintained a calm expression. Although he felt puzzled, he had an inexplicable trust in Wu Qinghong.
"Qin Luoxi, are you planning to go back and rest?"
Xue Wushuang glanced at Lin Han before turning to head into the academy, feeling somewhat at a loss.
"No, I'm going for a morning run," Qin Luoxi replied, her gaze lingering on Lin Han's retreating figure, her eyes filled with contemplation.
"Are you really just going to let these young people leave like this? This isn't like you," Qin Yu remarked with a smile as he looked at Wu Qinghong nearby.
"What's the rush? This is just the beginning!" Wu Qinghong stretched lazily once more, her figure swaying before vanishing into the morning mist.
The Dragon Tooth Squad—whether they could recreate the glory of Class Thirteen was indeed something to look forward to.
Several hours passed.
The Dragon Tooth Squad gathered in the training room.
"Captain, hasn't the Instructor arranged any training missions yet? The other squads have already started," Zhou Qingqing said, her displeasure evident. Since Wu Qinghong met with her and the others in the morning, she had not reappeared.
