Xue Wushuang suddenly sat up in bed, her heart racing. As she took in her surroundings, confusion washed over her.
What are you yelling about? This is a hospital! If you keep this up, I might just hit you!

There, by the adjacent bed, stood a figure in student attire, coldly staring at her.

Meanwhile, Han Fei's expression darkened further as she glared at Xue Wushuang with a fierce gaze.
Lin Han stopped laughing and turned to Xue Wushuang.
"Forget it, Fat Cat, I won't tease you anymore. As for your relationship, I'm not getting involved. However, Han Fei has assured us that she won't treat you like that."
"Also, let me tell you some news. Starting today, Han Fei will be the sixth member of our Dragon Tooth Squad."
"What? What’s going on? How long have I been asleep? When did Han Fei become my teammate?" Xue Wushuang looked utterly bewildered, his confusion tinged with a hint of naive innocence.
"It was the day before yesterday. Oh right, there's something else. Xue Shu sent someone to check on you yesterday and left some things behind. You were still in a coma, so I took care of them for you."
"My father came?" Xue Wushuang's eyes widened as if he had heard something extraordinary.
"No, he just had someone deliver it."
"I knew it. A busy person like him would never remember he has a son." Xue Wushuang's expression fell, and Lin Han patted him on the shoulder.
"Don't worry. The fact that he sent someone means that Uncle Xue still cares about your situation."
Meanwhile, watching the two chat casually, Han Fei furrowed her brows tightly.
"I'm still here! You two can discuss this later! Lin Han, I'm here to convey the academy's decision."
Lin Han and Xue Wushuang turned their heads together, and Lin Han almost forgot about her presence, feeling a bit embarrassed.
