The three of them simply tidied up their bedding before heading towards the entrance of the Abyss of Hell. Upon arriving, they saw an old man lounging in a rocking chair, leisurely fanning himself with a palm leaf.
"Hello, senior. We wish to enter the Abyss of Hell. Could you grant us passage?" Lin Han spoke softly to the old man.
With someone sitting so comfortably at the entrance of the Abyss of Hell, there was no need to guess his identity; he was undoubtedly the gatekeeper.
"Newcomers?" The old man opened his silver-rimmed glasses and glanced at the three of them. "Indeed, you are unfamiliar faces. You may enter!"
"Remember! You only have three days. No, it seems you already have less than three days left. Hurry along! If you encounter danger, just shout; I will come to your aid!"
"Take heed, do not push yourselves too hard! That is all I have to say. Take care!"
After finishing his words, the old man closed his eyes again, as if he had fallen asleep once more.
"Let’s go in," Lin Han said, keeping the old man's words in mind.
If things got tough, they could always call for help. However, he felt that he might not need to rely on that chance this time. After all, he was eager to enter today because he believed that with Qin Luoxi's strength, she could truly defeat Cerberus! If they lost the Mission Objective, he would really start cursing.
Once they ventured deep into the Abyss of Hell, Han Zi asked, "What level of beast is Cerberus? Can we handle it?"
Fat Cat had no understanding of the Abyss of Hell; he was only here because of Lin Han.
"Platinum Level!"
"Platinum Level!" both Lin Han and Qin Luoxi exclaimed simultaneously.
It turned out to be Platinum Level! Platinum Level!!!
"Fat Cat" gasped in shock.
The once quiet Abyss of Hell suddenly erupted with chaos, as countless birds took to the sky, flapping wildly above the forest!
The cawing of the startled crows filled the air!
"Keep it down!" Qin Luoxi scolded irritably.
"Are you two out of your minds? That's a Platinum Level beast! We're basically walking to our deaths!" Fat Cat panicked.
He had thought that creature was just a golden-level beast! This was far beyond what he had imagined.
He was already struggling against golden-level beasts, and he wasn't even sure if he could defeat them. Now they were about to face a Platinum Beast?
"Is Platinum Level really that strong?"
Qin Luoxi dismissed the concern entirely.
"Not strong?" Fat Cat looked at Lin Han for help, but Lin Han's expression remained calm and indifferent, as if it were just another day.
"You two are insane. Absolutely insane!" Fat Cat's face was filled with despair.
If it were just him, he would never step foot into the Abyss of Hell!
"Alright, you just stay behind me and don't cause any trouble!"
Qin Luoxi shot him a glance.
"Alright, alright, I absolutely won't disturb you two deities!"
Fat Cat quickly agreed. In matters of life and safety, he was remarkably quick to back down.
The three continued deeper into the area.
Suddenly, a centipede burst forth from the front!
It was the Ghost-Faced Centipede!
Han Hanzi exclaimed, "A golden-tier Ghost-Faced Centipede!"
Fat Cat was so startled that he retreated in quick succession.
"Keep your distance!"
