The boisterous laughter of Yun Shijiu fully expressed the triumph of a person reveling in their success. He showed no restraint, embodying the exuberance of a young man who had just achieved his ambitions.
With his dragon form held high, he glanced down at the crowd gathered below, taking a moment to observe the wilted Phoenix protected behind him. Then, he shrank back into human form.

Familiarity struck as Yun Zhi Yue felt dizzy from the spinning. Lowering her gaze to her younger brother, she teased, "So you've turned the tides, huh? Do you want to have a spar with me to determine our rankings by strength?"
Yun Shijiu felt no anger at being greeted by a familiar slap in the face from his sister. Still holding onto Yun Zhi Yue, he continued to spin until they reached Yue Qi's vicinity, where he unexpectedly launched a Jin Lin attack aimed at her throat.
Yue Qi remained expressionless as Zijingtou blocked the Jin Lin. The two forces of Di Wei collided; Jin Lin seemed to be easily repelled and sent flying. Yue Qi's brow twitched slightly as she noticed Jin Lin approaching the Phoenix Clan.
Feng Rujiao's kin, Feng Yang, ignited the Phoenix fire effortlessly against the dragon scales. Just as she was about to scold Yun Shijiu for his recklessness, the dragon scales shattered into a shower of golden dust.

As everyone stood bewildered by Yun Shijiu's actions, Bi Fang Emperor shouted in anger, "How arrogant!"
Indeed, such golden threads posed no threat; even the defenses of the Imperial Realm were insufficient against them. Yet at this moment, there was still a useless person present.

The Jin Lin that had entered Feng Rujiao's body expanded instantly, tearing apart her soul.
In her final moments, Feng Rujiao did not scream in horror but met Yun Zhi Yue's gaze with eyes full of reluctance and self-mockery. How tragic it was that she had squandered a good hand throughout her life!
"How arrogant!" Feng Yang screamed in pain, unable to believe that his daughter would be killed right before his eyes.
He took out Nirvana Flame in an attempt to gather Feng Rujiao’s soul for rebirth. But as Yun Shijiu had said, he was of pure Dragon bloodline and in peak condition; the Five Claw Gold Dragon Bloodline would suppress Phoenix blood. No one could prevent Feng Rujiao's demise.
