Su Ye pinched Yun Zhi Yue's head and said, "You’re quite bold. Are you trying to go bald?"
Yun Zhi Yue pushed Su Ye's hand away irritably. "Emperor, I know you care for me, and I’ve always been grateful. But I need to ask something serious. Someone said that the Heavenly Emperor was born because half of my Original Species was refined. Is that true?"
Su Ye's expression shifted slightly. "Who said that?"
"I'll ask the Emperor first," Yun Zhi Yue replied.
Su Ye shot her a sidelong glance. "That’s utter nonsense. I am sensitive to plants because of the Five-Colored Soil, and your half of the Original Species is not present in the Heavenly Emperor."
Yun Zhi Yue tightened her grip on her skirt for a moment; Yue Shi had lied to her. "Then why does the Heavenly Emperor's body resemble a flower? Even if he’s not a dragon, he should at least be a Beast. How could he be a mandala?"
Su Ye tapped Yun Zhi Yue on the head. "Are you foolish? His father is a dragon, and his mother isn’t. What’s so strange about him being a flower?"
Yun Zhi Yue exclaimed in surprise, "Yue Qi Mu is... just like you, a Tai Chu Zhi Ling. It’s not what the outside world claims about little demons. The dragon clan has noble blood; how could it be overshadowed by Tai Chu blood?"

Yun Zhi Yue was stunned. "So you're saying Huai Yin's soul issues are also because Tai Chu Zhi Ling shouldn’t exist in this new Era?"
"Yes," Su Ye confirmed. "Your split self has always been with her reincarnation for now, and I’m still thinking of ways around it. But you—ambitiously seeking the Imperial Realm? Let me advise you: don’t get carried away. Without a complete body, it’s impossible to reach that level."
Yun Zhi Yue scoffed coldly, "If I were to regain my body, I would end up like Huai Yin. If I don’t seek my body, I’ll never reach my peak; I refuse to live my life being bullied by others!"
Su Ye smirked with an alluring smile. "You do have some tenacity; there might actually be a way."
Yun Zhi Yue's eyes lit up instantly as she knelt down. "Please teach me, Emperor!"
Her body was lifted by spiritual energy.
Su Ye said irritably, "You kneel as soon as you want something? Your knees have no dignity at all! But first, clarify things with whoever told you about your Original Species and also with Li Shang."
Yun Zhi Yue glanced at Su Ye quietly and said, "That Li Shang is from the Imperial Realm; no matter how capable I am, it’s impossible for me to truly obtain his Wu Yue Jian. I feel like the Emperor wants me to apprentice under Li Shang not to steal his sword."
It seemed that there were doubts about Li Shang's identity, prompting me to investigate. From my observations over the years, it appeared that Li Shang could not leave Wujie; beyond that, nothing else was apparent for now.

Yun Zhi Yue furrowed her brow, contemplating for a moment before recounting her first encounter with Yue Shi.
Su Ye scoffed, "You fed it with your blood and nurtured it with your soul, and it transformed? It even claims to be Tai Chu Zhi Ling? How ridiculous! You really are foolish!"
