Throwing the shells carelessly on the ground, he asked, "Are you guys playing? Can I join?"
"Wow, this is too convenient!"
Glancing at the sunflower seed shells on the ground, Yun Zhi Yue stood up. "Pick those up; there’s a trash can over there."
Nie Xi continued cracking seeds nonchalantly. "Aren't you a cleaner? This is your job; you pick them up."
Hey, Shijiu, with his little temper, couldn't hold back. A glint of mischief flashed in his eyes as he grabbed Nie Xi by the collar.
"Are you going to pick it up or not?"
Nie Xi seemed oblivious to Shijiu's anger and retorted, "Do you want to pick it up? Go ahead, and if it's not enough, I'll give you some more."
Shijiu was taken aback, laughing in disbelief. The last time he encountered someone so oblivious was during his first meeting with his sister in the Eerie Game.
Without hesitation, he clenched his fist and brought it down. But he swore that before his fist could even touch this insignificant little human, the guy's nose started bleeding. A handful of sunflower seeds scattered everywhere as he collapsed.
Shijiu was dumbfounded. "Scamming money?"
In this day and age, even con artists were driving sports cars? How outrageous was that?
