The entire Night Class dormitory consists of several ancient castles, and those who can live here alongside Yuhun Gu are all nobles, at the very least.
The number of people is not large; a dozen or so individuals are either sitting or standing, some leaning in corners watching the scene unfold, each one exceptionally handsome.
At the edge of the living room sofa, Anjie Ryougu stands respectfully to one side, her eyes gleaming with anticipation as she watches Yuhun Gu, who is her target for conquest.
Sitting on the sofa with his legs crossed, the man leisurely sips his tea. He is none other than Yuhun Gu, an exceedingly rare Pureblood Lord.
He wears high-quality gray trousers and a black knitted long shirt, the cuffs covering half of his perfectly shaped hands, revealing only his long fingers delicately holding a porcelain teacup that matches his pale complexion.
His slightly long hair covers his earlobes, with a few strands falling across his forehead, partially obscuring his deep crimson eyes. His appearance is flawless; simply sitting there, he resembles a blooming blood Rose, making it hard for anyone to look away.
A voice as melodious as a flute breaks the silence: "You didn’t go to class; where have you been?"
Before she could respond while leaning against the wall, Anjie Ryougu interjects: "Where else could she have gone? She’s new to the academy and probably went looking for someone to feed on."
"Zhi Yue Fei Ying, you truly have some nerve to openly defy the monarch’s orders. What punishment do you deserve for that?"
With a scoff, Zhi Yue Fei Ying retorts: "I’ve seen shamelessness before, but never such lowly behavior. You clearly led others to hunt Daytime Division students, and now you’re trying to pin it all on me after I stopped you? No wonder Ryoumi Family is under your brother’s control; with your petty demeanor, you’ll never rise above this."
Laughter erupts from several vampires watching the exchange; it’s clear that her words hit Anjie Ryougu right where it hurts.
Anjie Ryougu clenches her fists: "You don’t need to quibble; several Night School students can testify that you broke the rules."
Zhi Yue Fei Ying frowns: "What’s true will come out when we question that Daytime Division student. You’re trying to frame me just because I’m new around Lord Yuharu?"
Seeing Yuhun Gu remain unresponsive, Anjie Ryougu’s eyes flash with amusement as she directly unleashes her vines: "You’re deceiving me; what will you do about it?"
She could have dodged it, but under Yuhun Gu’s piercing gaze, her legs turn weak from fear. She reacts too slowly as the vines tighten around her neck.
"Damn it! That bastard target of mine—how he treated me in the last Dimension! Now he’s letting others bully me! What a joke! All that talk about love was nonsense!"
Yun Zhi Yue is furious while the Reincarnation Stone quietly tries to soothe her: "You said it yourself; that was in the last Dimension. Now you’re strangers. As someone new to this group, experiencing a show of force is inevitable—just endure it."
"Cao Cao Cao!"
The head of the alpaca galloped forward, its neck entwined with vines as it struggled to break free. In the friction, its neck was cut, and the strange scent of blood altered everyone’s gaze.
Anjie Ryougu was the first to lose control. He retracted the vines, pulling the person closer and half-embracing Zhi Yue Fei Ying, revealing his fangs. "Damn it, the purity is so high."
Yun Zhi Yue felt her anger surge; this was not normal.
*Cough, cough. The desires of a vampire are difficult to control; they can be cold and ruthless, but when angered, their emotions amplify many times over.*
As the pressure on her eased, Yun Zhi Yue swiftly grabbed Anjie Ryougu by the throat, who was trying to suck her blood, and executed a shoulder throw that sent him crashing down.
With a loud thud, the floor shook slightly, and then Zhi Yue Fei Ying’s figure moved so quickly it was almost invisible as she relentlessly pounded Anjie Ryougu.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"You think you can drink my blood like some worthless thing? If it weren't for the adult holding back, killing you would be as easy as slaughtering a chicken."
