Yue Tong's eyes sparkled with a smile. "There's no reason for an elder to come over. Let me tidy up and close the door; I'll go visit Yun Shu right away."

"There's no need for any formalities or business talk. Hurry and go find my dad with my mom; we’re having dinner at my place tonight. We’ll give you a warm welcome!"
Lan Mu exhaled sharply and playfully tugged at Yun Zhi Yue's arm, "You rascal! What kind of nonsense are you saying? Are you trying to drive me crazy?"
No one mentioned the song that had just been sung in a similar manner to a confession. The group exchanged casual jokes before Lan Mu led Yue Tong away.
Yun Zhi Yue's smile faded as she fixed her gaze on Yue Tong's retreating figure, looking heavy-hearted until they got into the car.
Zhou Yu, who was driving, caught Nan Jing's eye in the rearview mirror and teased gently, "Is Yun Zhi Yue upset? You should sort things out with her, Nan Jing; you deserve a good talking to."
Yun Zhi Yue shot a disgruntled glance at Nan Jing beside her, "Just treat it like being bitten by a dog; why would I want to get bitten again?"
Nan Jing firmly grasped her hand and suddenly quipped, "That’s because you didn’t bite in the right place."
Zhou Yu burst into laughter again, nearly losing control of the car.
Yun Zhi Yue paused for a moment before realizing something indescribable, her face flushing red as she looked incredulously at Nan Jing.
"Shi Ge, take a look quickly; is the target possessed?"
Reincarnation Stone replied, "Don’t even mention it; I feel like my stone body is about to crack. Is this really something he could say?"
